Placing and Order

You may place an order with one of several ways. Orders can be placed directly on the website by selecting products and registering as a customer. You can also place an order by telephone at 888-429-0753 (865-675-0714 outside US). Government, schools, and approved accounts can fax a purchase order to 866-792-9512 (865-675-7539 outside US). Order Processing

Once you have placed your order we will email, mail, or fax your confirmation of the order detailing all charges. Including, but not limited to, freight, shipping, product cost, etc. Orders will not be sent to the warehouse for shipping until payment is made in full, unless other arrangements have been authorized.

Order Production

Under normal conditions, most items will ship from the warehouse within 1-4 working days from the time of order. If items are backordered, the customer will be made aware as soon as possible. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer if production and shipping have not begun. Once an order has been produced or shipped, it is not able to be cancelled. For return information please see below.


No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from All returns must be shipped back, at the expense of the customer, to or the shipping warehouse. Merchandise returned to us must be in new, resalable condition, and in the original packaging. All authorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Refunds will only be issued if merchandise is returned to, with an authorized return, and in new, resalable condition. Since returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. In most cases, we will refund the owed amount back to the credit card that was used to place the order.

Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Transit time for orders, once they have shipped, are generally 5-10 working days. Large orders, such as swing sets, spring animals, and any items that are too large to ship by ground carriers, are shipped via freight. Freight shipments will go as LTL freight via one of our many carriers. Carriers include, but are not limited to, Old Dominion Freight, Yellow Freight, UPS Freight, ABF, etc. Freight shipments are figured for commercial delivery with dock or curbside service. Freight shipments being delivered to a residence must meet the following stipulations:

Area must be accessible for a 53' 18-wheeler truck.

Freight will not deliver up any sort of gravel driveway, or to any area the freight company determines to be inaccessible.

If freight company or driver determines the delivery location to be inaccessible, the customer will contact immediately to arrange and different delivery location.

If alternate delivery location is required, customer will be responsible for any and all charges pertaining to delivery of the goods. will make every effort to facilitate a smooth delivery process, however problems do arise, and must be planned for.

It is the responsibility of the freight driver to get the freight to the back of the truck. No accessorial services such as lift-gate or inside delivery are authorized. If these services are requested at the time of delivery, they will be the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to take the freight off the truck.

No refund will be given, and any charges incurred due to non-delivery or returned freight, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Damage

Any shipping damage must be reported to immediately after receiving product. We can not file a damage claim after 10 working days from the time of delivery. If item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 888-429-0753 (865-675-0714 outside US).
