Product Description

These shackles take the place of S-hooks. They are stronger and some cities and parks are requiring their use instead of S-hooks. The shorter bolt is 3/8" ID and the longer bolt is 1.25" ID and holds up to 2100 lbs. This head makes removal because of vandalism more difficult.
