  Truck delivery is to the contiguous 48 states only.  Truck delivery is to curbside with lift-gate only. Curbside is the first accessible point to the delivering truck. The driver is responsible to get the freight to the back tailgate of the truck and lower the boxes to the ground.  You must be present at time of delivery to receive your shipment. Additional charges will apply for inside delivery or re-delivery fees if you are not home when the freight arrives.  Please check all boxes carefully and note any damage to the items on the delivery receipt and make sure the driver does the same.  We are not liable for damaged goods that are not noted upon delivery receipt. Good documentation and pictures make for the quickest way to get replacement products sent.
